Genius Tools Metric & SAE Hex Head Drivers 1/2" Dr.

Hex socket screws range from small cap screws to big plugs and suspension fasteners. This Genius Tools series puts both metric and SAE sizes into one 1/2" drive range, so you can handle either kind of fastener with the same ratchet.

On the metric side, sizes run from 4mm to 24mm in the 60mm length, with fourteen of those sizes, from 4mm to 21mm, also offered in a longer 76mm version. On the SAE side, thirteen inch sizes from 5/32" to 13/16" come in the 60mm length. Altogether there are forty-seven drivers in the series.

The 1/2" drive allows a full-size ratchet or breaker bar, giving far more leverage than a hex key. That helps when breaking loose drain plugs, axle bolts and other tight hex fasteners.

All drivers are made of Chrome Molybdenum Steel for strength under heavy turning loads.
