Genius Tools Two-Arm Gear Pullers

Genius Tools Two-Arm Gear Pullers use two adjustable arms on a crossbar to grip behind a gear, pulley or bearing. Tightening the center screw against the shaft end draws the part off evenly, without the damage that comes from prying or hammering.

These pullers are made of Chrome Vanadium Steel, as printed in the catalog, so the arms and screw hold up to the loads of removing tight, press-fit components.

The series is sized in millimeters. The 80mm puller has printed spreads of 30 to 80mm (A1) and 65 to 115mm (A2), and the 120mm puller 30 to 120mm and 65 to 155mm; both are rated at 4 tons. The 160mm and 200mm pullers spread up to 40 to 160mm and 40 to 200mm (A1), and 80 to 200mm and 80 to 240mm (A2), and are rated at 6 tons.

Pick the size whose spread comfortably covers your part, so the arms sit square behind it for a clean, straight pull.
