Genius Tools Tamperproof Star Screwdrivers (150mm - 235mm)
Tamperproof star screws have a small pin in the center of the recess to block standard star drivers. Genius Tools Tamperproof Star Screwdrivers have a matching hole in the tip, so they slip over the pin and drive the screw cleanly.
The series covers 13 sizes: T-6, T-7, T-8, T-9, T-10, T-15, T-20, T-25, T-27, T-30, T-40, T-45 and T-50. Lengths increase with the tip, from 150mm for T-6 to T-9 up to 255mm for T-40 and T-45, with blades from 70mm to 135mm.
Handles also grow with the tip size, from 80mm on the small drivers to 120mm on T-40 and up, so you have more grip when larger security screws are tight.
All drivers are made of High Speed Tool Steel. Keep a few common sizes on hand for appliance repair, electronics and maintenance work where security screws are standard.
