Genius Tools Tamperproof Star Screwdrivers (145mm - 225mm)
Genius Tools Tamperproof Star Screwdrivers are designed for security star screws, the six-lobe screws with a small pin in the center that stops an ordinary star driver from going in. The tip of each driver is bored to clear that pin and still drive the screw firmly.
You can choose from 13 sizes. T-6 to T-9 are 145mm long, T-10 and T-15 are 175mm, T-20 and T-25 are 195mm, T-27 and T-30 are 215mm, T-40 and T-45 are 250mm, and the T-50 is 225mm.
These drivers are a regular need for service technicians working on electronics, household appliances, vehicles and equipment fitted with security screws. Since the hollow tip also fits standard star screws, one driver per size can cover both types.
The blades are made of High Speed Tool Steel so the thin walls around the tip hole stay strong and accurate.
