Genius Tools Star Power Screwdriver Bits

Star screws are now used everywhere from decking and cabinetry to automotive interiors, because the six-lobe recess transfers torque well and resists cam-out. Genius Tools Star Power Screwdriver Bits are long bits made to take advantage of that in a drill or driver.

The series offers ten tip sizes, T-8, T-10, T-15, T-20, T-25, T-27, T-30, T-40, T-45 and T-50, in two lengths. The 50mm bits have a 1/4 inch hex shank and cover T-8 to T-40. The 72mm bits have a 5/16 inch hex shank and cover T-10 to T-50.

With 17 bits available, it is easy to stock the sizes you use most in the shank size your tools take. The longer 72mm length helps when the screw is set deep in the work.

All bits are made of High Speed Tool Steel. For pin-in-center security screws, choose a tamperproof star bit instead.
