Genius Tools Small Files
Genius Tools Small Files are compact files for detail work on metal, plastic and other materials. They are the right choice when a full-size file is too large, such as deburring small holes, fitting parts, cleaning up slots and shaping fine features.
Seven shapes are offered, each 200mm long. Flat files dress straight faces and edges, round files open small holes, and half round files cover both flat and concave surfaces. Square and triangle files clean out corners and angled notches.
Two more specialized shapes complete the series. The trapezoid file has angled sides for dovetails and tapered slots, and the thin warding file is made for narrow slots and tight gaps, a shape traditionally used for key and lock work.
