Genius Tools SAE Hex Nut Drivers

Genius Tools SAE Hex Nut Drivers are built for inch-size nuts and hex head screws. With the socket fixed to a screwdriver handle, they are quicker to use than a socket set when you need to remove and refit many small fasteners, such as on appliance covers, HVAC units or electrical enclosures.

Seven sizes are available: 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16 and 1/2 inch. Every driver has a 70mm shaft. The 3/16 and 1/4 inch are 165mm overall, the 5/16 to 7/16 inch are 180mm, and the 1/2 inch is 190mm for extra grip on the largest size.

A nut driver lets you spin fasteners on in a straight line and finish them by hand with good feel, so screws are snug without stripping sheet metal or plastic.

The drivers are made of Chrome Vanadium Steel for a hard-wearing socket. If you need extra reach, the long SAE nut drivers carry the same sizes on a 150mm shaft.
