Genius Tools SAE Hex Head Drivers 3/8" Dr.

Imperial hex socket screws are still common on American vehicles, machinery and equipment. These Genius Tools SAE hex head drivers fit a 3/8" drive ratchet and give you much faster and stronger turning than a hand-held hex key.

The series covers ten inch sizes: 5/32", 3/16", 7/32", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16" and 5/8". The small sizes suit trim and light assemblies, while the larger ones handle heavier machine and automotive fasteners.

All drivers share a compact 52mm overall length, which keeps the ratchet low and close to the work. That is a real advantage in engine bays and other crowded spaces where a longer tool will not fit.

Each driver is made of Chrome Molybdenum Steel for strength under ratchet use, and they pair well with the metric hex head drivers in the same catalog section. Together the two ranges let you handle both metric and inch hex screws with the same 3/8" drive ratchet.
