Genius Tools Ribe Bit Sockets 1/4" Dr.
Ribe fasteners have a splined recess with rounded teeth, and they need a matching Ribe bit to turn without damage. These Genius Tools Ribe Bit Sockets put that profile on a 1/4" square drive for use with small ratchets and extensions.
The series offers the M4, M5 and M6 sizes, each in 45mm, 70mm and 100mm overall lengths, for nine choices in total. The short length is handy where the ratchet head has little clearance, and the 100mm version reaches screws set into deeper pockets.
Every socket is made of High Speed Tool Steel. A hard, correctly shaped tip matters with Ribe screws, because using the wrong bit tends to round the splines and makes later removal much harder. Keep this series beside your star bit sockets so both profiles are on hand.
