Genius Tools Posidriv Screwdrivers
Posidriv screws are common in cabinets, chipboard furniture and European made equipment. Using a Phillips driver on them works poorly, because it misses the extra ribs. Genius Tools Posidriv Screwdrivers are shaped to fit these screws properly, giving more grip and less cam-out.
The series includes 14 versions. The #0 is 155mm long. The #1 is offered at 98mm, 155mm, 180mm, 205mm, 230mm and 330mm. The #2 comes at 98mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 400mm. The #3 is 295mm and the #4 is 340mm long.
Blade lengths run from 38mm on the stubby drivers to 300mm on the longest #2, and handle lengths increase with the tip size. Some versions have a round shank and others a hex shank that accepts a wrench for extra force.
Every driver is made of High Speed Tool Steel. Look for the small extra lines on the screw head to know when to reach for a Posidriv driver.
