  • Posidriv bits match the extra ribs of Pozidriv style cross screws for a firmer fit than a Phillips bit gives.
  • Five tip sizes, #0 to #4, in lengths of 30mm, 56mm, 88mm and 125mm, with 22 versions in the series.
  • Choose a 1/4 inch hex shank for #0 to #3 or a 5/16 inch hex shank for #1 to #4, depending on your holder.
  • The #4 tip comes on a 5/16 inch shank only, sized for the large cross screws used in construction work.
  • Made of High Speed Tool Steel so the cross tip stays sharp and seats deeply in the screw recess.

Genius Tools Posidriv Screwdriver Bits

Posidriv screws look like Phillips screws but have extra small ribs between the main slots. A matching Posidriv bit engages those ribs, which reduces cam-out and lets you apply more turning force without slipping, an advantage on chipboard, cabinets and many European made products.

Genius Tools offers this series in sizes #0 to #4 and four lengths: 30mm, 56mm, 88mm and 125mm. On a 1/4 inch hex shank, #2 and #3 come in every length and #1 from 56mm up, while the 5/16 inch hex shank versions cover #1 to #4 in 30mm and 56mm and #4 in 88mm and 125mm. A small #0 is offered as a 30mm bit on a 1/4 inch shank.

The bits are made of High Speed Tool Steel. Use the short bits in compact holders and the 88mm or 125mm bits when the screw sits at the bottom of a hole or behind a fitting.
