Genius Tools Metric Long Hex Nut Drivers (with magnet)
Genius Tools Metric Long Hex Nut Drivers with magnet solve a common problem: getting a nut onto a stud you can barely see. The 150mm shaft reaches deep into the work and the magnet in the socket holds the nut until the thread catches.
You can choose from nine metric sizes: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14mm. The 6mm driver is 245mm overall, the 7mm to 12mm are 260mm, and the 13mm and 14mm drivers are 270mm long.
On removal, the magnet keeps the loosened nut in the socket so it can be lifted out cleanly instead of falling into the engine bay or cabinet. This is useful for automotive, appliance, HVAC and machinery service.
The drivers are made of Chrome Vanadium Steel. For close-up work on the same sizes, the standard magnetic metric nut drivers have a 70mm shaft.
