Genius Tools Metric Hand Sockets 1" Dr. (60mm - 105mm)

A 1" drive socket is the step up when even 3/4" drive is not enough. These Genius Tools metric hand sockets are made for the largest everyday fasteners, on heavy trucks, earthmoving equipment, cranes and industrial plant.

This series covers fifty-nine sizes from 17mm to 75mm in 1mm steps. Socket length increases with size, from 60mm on the smallest to 105mm on the largest. The catalog notes that sizes above 76mm continue on the next page, and those larger sockets are offered as their own series.

All sockets use a 6 point opening that bears on the flat sides of the hex. On large, heavily tightened fasteners this matters, because it spreads the load and lowers the risk of rounding the corners.

Each socket is made of Chrome Molybdenum Steel to handle the very high forces that 1" drive ratchets, sliding T-handles and tube handles can deliver.
