- The 3/8 inch tray measures 418 x 125 x 20mm, a low profile that fits easily into shallow drawers.
- The 1/2 inch tray measures 420 x 159 x 32mm, giving more room for the larger bodies of 1/2 inch sockets.
- Two rows of pins make it easy to separate sizes, for example metric on one row and SAE on the other.

Genius Tools Magnetic Socket Trays
Genius Tools Magnetic Socket Trays are wide trays with two rows of pins, built to hold a complete run of sockets in one place. The magnetic base grips metal surfaces, so the tray stays where you put it on a cart, cabinet or bench, and the sockets stay on their pins until you need them.
There are two trays in the series. The 3/8 inch drive tray has 14 pins in each of its two rows, 28 in total, and measures 418 x 125 x 20mm, slim enough for shallow drawers. The 1/2 inch drive tray has two rows of 11 pins, 22 in total, and measures 420 x 159 x 32mm to make room for larger sockets.
With two rows you can keep standard and deep sockets apart, or separate metric from SAE sizes, so the right socket is always easy to find.
An organized tray also makes it obvious when a socket is missing before the job is closed up.
