Genius Tools Long Tamperproof Star Key Wrenches
Genius Tools Long Tamperproof Star Key Wrenches are L-shaped keys made for security star screws, the six-lobe screws with a pin in the center. The tip of each key is bored to clear that pin, so you can remove and refit tamper-resistant screws on vehicles, appliances, electronics and public fixtures.
The series offers 15 sizes: T-7, T-8, T-9, T-10, T-15, T-20, T-25, T-27, T-30, T-40, T-45, T-50, T-55, T-60 and T-70. These are long keys, with the long arm running from 71mm on the T-7 to 220mm on the T-70, and the short arm from 16mm to 38mm.
The extra length helps when security screws are recessed, and gives more leverage when you use the short arm in the screw.
Each key is made of Chrome Vanadium Steel. Because the hollow tip also fits standard star screws, these keys are a flexible choice for service technicians.
