Genius Tools Industrial Torque Multipliers
Genius Tools Industrial Torque Multipliers are made for the biggest fasteners in a workshop or plant, such as heavy machinery, wind and power equipment, mining and large truck components. An internal gear reduction multiplies the torque you apply at the input so very high output values are reachable by hand.
The series has nine models. The 460750 and 461100 take a 1/2 inch input and deliver up to 1000 Nm and 1500 Nm at a 3/4 inch output. The 482000 and 682000 drive a 1 inch output up to 2700 Nm, from 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch inputs respectively.
At the top of the range, 1-1/2 inch output models 493320, 494420, 495900, 693320 and 697370 are rated from 4500 Nm up to 10000 Nm. Their printed gear ratios run from 1:5.5 to 1:30, which keeps the required input torque between about 275 Nm and 938 Nm.
Choose by the output torque and socket drive your job needs, then check the input limit against your torque wrench. Use by hand only; never with an impact wrench.
