Genius Tools Hose Clamp Pliers
Genius Tools Hose Clamp Pliers are made for the spring-band hose clamps used on cooling, heater and fuel lines. The jaws squeeze the clamp tabs together and the locking mechanism holds them, so the clamp stays open while you slide it back and work the hose off or on.
