Genius Tools Flexible Bit Holders 1/4" Hex Shank
Genius Tools Flexible Bit Holders solve the problem of screws that cannot be reached in a straight line. The bendable shaft lets the bit come at the screw from an angle while the drill or handle stays where you have room to work.
Two lengths are available, 180mm and 300mm. Both use a 1/4 inch hex shank at the tool end and accept 1/4 inch hex bits at the working end, so they work with the slotted, Phillips, star, hex and security bits you already have.
They are particularly useful for cabinet hardware, appliance panels, boat and vehicle interiors, and anywhere a straight bit would hit a frame or wall. Use a moderate speed so the shaft can turn smoothly around the bend.
Both holders are made of Chrome Vanadium Steel. Choose the 180mm holder for close work and the 300mm holder when the screw is further away or around a sharper bend.
