Genius Tools E-Star Deep Hand Sockets 3/8" Dr.
Genius Tools E-Star Deep Hand Sockets with a 3/8 inch drive extend your reach on external star (E-Torx type) fasteners. They are the tool to use when a star-head nut sits on a long stud or a bolt is located at the bottom of a bore.
Seven sizes are available, E-10, E-11, E-12, E-14, E-16, E-18 and E-20, matching the standard-length 3/8 inch drive E-Star sockets one for one.
Every socket is 63mm long, giving plenty of depth to pass over threads and reach recessed fasteners on engines, transmissions, brakes and chassis parts. The star opening grips every lobe of the fastener for a secure, positive drive.
The 3/8 inch drive gives good turning strength for these mid-size bolts while staying manageable. Use them with any 3/8 inch drive ratchet, breaker bar or extension. Pair them with the standard-length E-Star sockets to be ready for both exposed and recessed star bolts.
