Genius Tools Digital Torque Wrenches
Genius Tools Digital Torque Wrenches take the guesswork out of tightening. Instead of reading a scale, you see the torque on a digital display as you pull, so wheel nuts, cylinder head bolts and machinery fasteners can be brought to the specified value.
Two models are offered. The 3/8 inch drive wrench is 575mm long and covers 20 to 200 Nm, suited to engine, brake and general automotive work. The 1/2 inch drive wrench is 790mm long and covers 34 to 340 Nm for suspension, wheel and heavier equipment fasteners.
The catalog lists accuracy of plus or minus 1% clockwise and plus or minus 1.5% counter-clockwise, unit selection in Nm, ft.lb., in.lb. and kg-m, and ISO-6789 standards compliance. Power comes from two AAA batteries, and the wrench switches off after 90 seconds idle to save them.
A non-slip metal handle helps you pull smoothly. The listed operating range is 5 to 42 degrees C with 0 to 90% humidity, and storage from -20 to 50 degrees C.
