Genius Tools 1 inch Drive Metric Budd Wheel Impact Sockets are made for heavy truck tire service, where Budd-style wheels and big 1 inch impact wrenches are the norm.
The series is built around metric sizes and three lengths. At 60mm and 76mm long, you can choose 17mm, 19mm, 20mm or 21mm. At 90mm long, the range adds a 22mm size, giving 17, 19, 20, 21 and 22mm. That adds up to 13 options, so you can match both the fastener size and the reach your wheels require.
Shorter sockets keep the impact wrench close to the wheel for better control in tight spots, while the 90mm sockets reach deeper nut positions without an extension, which also avoids the torque loss that extensions can cause. All sockets are made of Chrome Molybdenum Steel, the steel commonly chosen for impact sockets because it handles constant impact loads.
