Genius Tools 1/2" Dr. SAE Stud Remover Sockets

Genius Tools 1/2 inch Drive SAE Stud Remover Sockets are the inch-sized partner to the metric stud removers. Slip the socket over the stud, turn it, and it takes hold of the stud so it can be backed out, ideal for studs that are rusted in place or left behind after a nut has seized.

The SAE range includes seven sizes: 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16 and 5/8 inch. The two smallest sockets are 63mm long, and the 3/8 inch through 5/8 inch sockets are 74mm long, with room to fit over the exposed length of the stud.

All seven are 1/2 inch drive, so a ratchet handles light work and a breaker bar delivers the extra force needed for stubborn studs. Made of Chrome Vanadium Steel, they are built for regular use on domestic vehicles, trucks and machinery that use inch-sized studs.
