Genius Tools 36 Teeth Ratchet w/ Quick Release 1/4" Dr.
The Genius Tools 36 Teeth Ratchet with Quick Release is a 1/4 inch drive ratchet built for speed. The quick release feature lets you drop a socket or extension off the drive square quickly, instead of pulling it free by hand, which is useful when changing sizes often.
A 36-tooth mechanism moves to the next tooth every 10 degrees of handle travel. Fewer, larger teeth make a simple and robust mechanism for general small-fastener work on vehicles, appliances and equipment.
Three versions are available with handle lengths of 130mm (280231R), 160mm (280231P) and 165mm (280231S). Choose the shorter handle for tight places, or a longer handle for a little more leverage.
The ratchet is made of Chrome Vanadium Steel. Combine it with Genius Tools 1/4 inch drive sockets, bit sockets and extension bars. The quick release also helps keep sockets and extensions from staying stuck on the drive square, and it makes it easier to pull a socket off after working in a deep recess.
